ABOUT THE EVENT

Join us and host and creator Darian Wilson at MCA Denver on Wednesday, November 30 for Black People Know Things (BPKT)! The topics range from serious to hilarious, all in an effort to celebrate the vastness of Black culture and to create a community for unapologetically Black fun. This event will be themed in connection with the current exhibition on view at MCA Denver, The Dirty South: Contemporary Art, Material Culture, and the Sonic Impulse.  Doors open at 5PM so you can check out the exhibition before trivia begins!

When you purchase a ticket, guess what you get (in addition to this totally awesome experience)? You get free admission to the museum to see the current exhibition. Yeah, that’s right!

Admission to the museum is normally $10, so you could say this is a steal. Simply show the front desk your ticket confirmation email to get free entry.
