Join us for Dinner Society Thursday, September 30, 2021 featuring the culinary works of Chefs Brian De Souza and Syd Younggreen of "The Guest" complimented with curated beverages by atōst. It will be an evening of culinary artistry with visual arts to create a truly intimate - dare we say - magical experience.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and amuse-bouche to set the mood for the night ahead. Next, you will receive an exclusive tour of the museum's exhibitions, Jason Moran: Bathing the Room with Blues and Deborah Roberts: I’m, with Ellen Bruss Senior Curator, Miranda Lash. Following the tour, our guest chefs will prepare a 3-course meal with cocktail pairings from atōst in our gorgeous rooftop cafe.

You will be surrounded by soft ambiance, delicious food, delightful spirits, and meaningful conversation. While this is a sophisticated gathering, please feel no shame as you scrape up every last crumb and savor the meal to the fullest.

Upon departure, expect to leave full (both in the stomach and heart) and with a take-home treat. 

There is a vegetarian option, but we are unable to accommodate other dietary restrictions due to the pop-up nature of the program. Let us know if you would like a vegetarian meal in the notes section at checkout.

ABOUT THE GUEST 

Peruvian Born Brian De Souza & Iowa Native Syd Younggreen met in an NYC Kitchen.

Crossing paths and palates under the pressure and meticulous eyes of Chef Omar Ben-Hammou.

After 2 years they went separate ways to learn and experience different kitchens, concepts, techniques and flavors in restaurants such as the three Michelin starred Le Bernardin and the one Michelin starred Blue Hill.

Before moving to Boulder, they spent time traveling and creating Private Dinner Events for clients around the country.

“The Guest” brings both chefs back together with their own creativity and perspective of the Culinary World, expressing what food and cooking for others means to them.

“The Guest” is a private dinner series based in Denver, Co. It all started on a balcony in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The feedback was greater than ever expected. Traveling the Country allowed the Chefs to discover a perfect place to settle down.

To be surrounded by the nature and pure beauty of a place like Colorado is incredibly inspiring. You can wake up to a deer looking through your windows or a fox family sunning in your yard. Chefs, farmers, and foragers might likely be your next door neighbor, and us, we might just be two blocks from your favorite spot in town.

If you are the ticket purchaser, it is your responsibility to communicate the MCA Denver vaccination and mask policy to others in your party.
