This site is an 'experience park' based around the theme of encountering the unexpected. Built in 1995 and designed by Shusaka Arakawa and Madeline Gins, the site purposefully experiments with undulating planes, shifting colors, and disorienting spaces.
Pastel Suburbia Puzzle:Illustrated by Vienna based artist Ana Popescu, and inspired by the architecture of Tim Burton’s 1990 film Edward Scissorhands. The pastel, suburban neighborhood that was home to the Boggs family was both idyllic and paranoid.
