Join us for Dinner Society on Saturday, January 28, 2023, for a magical, three-course dining experience featuring the culinary works of Chef Carrie Baird. It will be an evening of culinary artistry with a James Beard Best Chef Nominee and former Top Chef finalist.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and amuse-bouche to set the mood for the night ahead. Next, you will receive an exclusive tour of the museum's exhibition, The Dirty South: Contemporary Art, Material Culture, and The Sonic Impulse, led by Leilani Lynch, MCA Denver Associate Curator. Following the tour, Carrie Baird will prepare a multi-course dinner experience with curated cocktails.
You will be surrounded by soft ambiance, delicious food, delightful spirits, and meaningful conversation. While this is a sophisticated gathering, please feel no shame as you scrape up every last crumb and savor the meal to the fullest. Upon departure, expect to leave full (both in the stomach and heart) and with a take-home treat.
There is a vegetarian option, but we are unable to accommodate other dietary restrictions due to the pop-up nature of the program. Let us know if you would like a vegetarian meal in the notes section at checkout.
Tickets are $175 and seats are very limited. Refunds may not be honored more than 72 hours in advance but you are always welcome to transfer your tickets to another person.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Carrie Baird, a Season 15 Bravo “Top Chef” Finalist and James Beard Semi-Finalist, is the Culinary Director of Tap & Burger and the chef/owner of the upcoming breakfast concept Fox and the Hen in Denver. Formerly, she was the Executive Chef at the wildly popular Bar Dough, which was named one of the Top 25 Restaurants in Denver for three years in a row. Born in Idaho, but trained in Colorado with classic Mediterranean, Italian, and French techniques, Carrie believes great food comes from cooking from your heart.
