On Friday, January 13, join us for the opening of Shattered, an exhibition created by MCA Denver Failure Lab teens and artist Maria Sheets! The exhibition features the interns’ whimsical and exploratory take on stained glass and associated media. Come check out the third floor full of individual and collaborative artistic efforts featuring assemblage, light, sculptural, site-based, participatory, and interactive works.

Per usual, you know we've got the refreshments and light snacks for all y’all!

Failure Lab interns worked under the guidance of Maria Sheets, a fellow senior conservator of Foothill Arts Conservation and widely exhibited and collected stained glass artist.

Failure Lab is a yearlong internship that gives high school students the opportunity to learn through failure, play, experimentation, and art creation.
