ABOUT THE PODCAST

The Museum of Contemporary Art Denver presents How Art is Born, a podcast that delves deep into the creative process with artists representing the spectrum of artmaking. Join host R. Alan Brooks, an artist himself, for a conversation with a different creative person each episode, learning about their artistic practice. How and where are their ideas generated? Which ideas become art and which ones stay on the cutting room floor? How did their careers as artists begin? Get the story behind the artist and how their art is born.
